New Beer Launched to Celebrate the Queen's Jubilee!!

As the countdown begins until the Queen's Jubilee, people across the United Kingdom are preparing for all kinds of celebrations to mark this momentous occasion - street parties, garden parties, hog roasts, food and drink festivals, BBQs, concerts - the list goes on!!

Here at Ben's Brewery, we thought what better way to celebrate this very special occasion than to launch a brand new beer in honour of Her Majesty.

This beer must encompass the very essence of all that the Jubilee celebrations signify in its name. So I hear you ask, what will this new beer be called??

"Send Her Victorious"

What more appropriate name could there be for a beer specially brewed to celebrate our Queen's life and continuing dedication.

What style of beer is "Send Her Victorious?"

A Golden IPA, 4.5% ABV, perfect for drinking outside in the sunshine. (I'm afraid we can't guarantee the sunshine part!!)

Brewed using Best Ale Malt, Caramalt, Torrified Wheat, and Torrified Oats, and hopped with Admiral, Olicana, Centennial, and Archer, "Send Her Victorious" will be perfect for drinking outside in the sunshine. (Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the sunshine part!!)

This is not the first beer Ben's Brewery has brewed that has Royal connections in its name!

The very first beer we brewed, "The Duke" a traditional bitter was named to commemorate the life and work of the late Prince Philip. Quite fitting considering that The Duke reputedly much preferred a good glass of ale to fine wine!
